Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns and exchanges.
If you would like to change size, please make a return first and then place a new order. Refunds will only be made once we have received the item and checked that it is in brand new condition.
However, as stocks come in limited quantites we can't promise more sizes will be availble after the return.
Shiping cost 49 SEK within Scandinavia and 69 SEK within the rest of Europe.
Free shipping on orders with a total value above 400 SEK.
Due to logistical changes as of August 1, 2023. However, we are looking into it and hopefully we will be able to ship internationally very soon again!

Unfortunately, Captain Kate & Bug Naked Limited Edition is no longer available. Limited Edition collections are only available during the allotted period and cannot be purchased after the date has passed.
We have no plans to bring back any of the products that we previously had for sale. However, should we find that there is a high demand for a specific product, it may be brought back for a second visit.
As of August 1, 2023, we no longer manufacture our products to order. This is to minimize shipping costs and work with only one warehouse. We take in the most popular products every month and then it's first come, first served.
YES! On the website you will find a small chat bubble in the lower left corner. Send a message about which product, color and size you want us to bring in and we will send an email when it is in stock. Note we do not send separate emails but newsletters to all subscribers.
