When will I receive my order?

I have received a faulty/damaged product, what should I do?
We're sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly for you, please email us at hello@shefarersco.se within four weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
Will I be charged duty for my order?
